Dr. Gadson facilitated a series of workshops for our internal racial justice task force to create a strong foundation for our evolving DEI work.  Dr. Gadson and her team created a safe, engaging and encouraging space for our staff members to learn, explore and wrestle with a variety of racial equity challenges. Her final report has created a runway from which our next steps can be accelerated. We are more curious, courageous, and informed thanks to her guidance and good counsel.  I highly recommend Dr Gadson -whether your group is new to racial equity or seasoned – she has the knowledge, skill, and presence to make your work constructive and compassionate.

“Dr. Gadson facilitated the Board Retreat of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra around D/E/I and did an outstanding job. Her presentation was educational, she got everyone to participate, she managed difficult conversation with diplomacy and empathy, and she followed-up with an extensive report about what was shared and some potential next steps. I’d recommend her to anyone starting or continuing their work on this D/E/I journey. We greatly appreciated her leadership in this effort with us.”
